He is survived by: his children, Renee Smith of Elroy, Lisa Lutz of Hillsboro and Robert Smith (Cory) of Mauston; his grandchildren, Regen McCracken (Anna Michelson), Garret Lutz, Morgan and Parker Smith; his brother Lyle Smith (Anne); and his parents-in-law, Mary Welch of Wilton, Patrick Dwyer (Rita) of Kendall and Casey Compton.
