He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dobbratz and Alice Dobbratz (Hanke); his sister Gertrude Tillema; and his siblings-in-law, Warner Krause, Norman Tillema, Floyd Grover, Donald Grover, Robert Payne and Marilyn Payne.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dottie" Grover; his children, Charlene Bender (Tom), Mark Dobbratz (Sheryl) and Cindy Gymrek; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Amy), Tanner (Kate), Amanda (Doug), Troy (Becky), Tara (Dan) and Cali; his siblings, Caroline Maas (Dale), Blondina Krause, Donald Dobbratz (Rosemary) and Doug Grover (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Sylvia Grover and Pat Grover; and his pet Brandy. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
LeRoy passed from this world into his heavenly home from Covid-19.
