He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma John Clark II and Heiser; and his siblings, Marsha and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Diane of Elroy; his children, Jennifer of Mequon, Wisconsin and Matthew of Portland, Oregon; his stepchildren, Julie of Watertown, Wisconsin and David of Madison, Wisconsin; his sister Linda of Yucaipa, California; and his grandchildren, Nicolas, Jeanette, Mike, Alex, Mary Grace, Garret, Kira and Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Lemonweir Lutheran Church or the UW Foundation for Pancreatic Research. Make checks payable to "UW Foundation," and put "Pancreas Cancer Fund" in the memo line.
