He is survived by: his wife Mary of Elroy; his children, Randy Parkhurst (Sandy) of Orfordville, WI and Deborah Parkhurst of Lexington, KY; his grandchildren, Guy Parkhurst of Janesville, Nicole Pergande of Fond, Regina Flister of Janesville, Joel Yoakum of Dekalb, IL, Jeremy Yoakum of Cherry Valley, IL and Erin Root of Indianapolis, IN; his sister Donna Jean Parkhurst of Viroqua; and his parents-in-law, Frank Winchel and Myrtle Melvin. He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and 1 great greatgrandchild.
