He is survived by: his parents, John Thompson and Verna Thompson (Gernetzke) of Elroy; his brother Larry Thompson (Mary) of Tomah; his niece Christina Thompson; and his nephew Casey Thompson (Alissa). He is also survived by 4 children along with many cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Tomah Health Hospice or Grace Lutheran Church of Elroy.
