She was predeceased by: her parents, Christen Thonesen and Christina Thonesen (Petersen); her husband Adolph Vlasak; her daughter Donna Downing; her children-in-law, Richard Downing and Sherry Vlasak; her granddaughter Erin Tomlinson; her grandson-in-law Roger Matson Jr.; and her siblings, Dora Thonesen, Mildred Wille, Ada Johnson, Alma Buchal, Harry Thonesen and Earl Thonesen.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Tomlinson (Edward) of Castle Rock, Roger Vlasak (Cheryl) of Janesville, Rebecca Sheridan (William) of Durham, Steven Vlasak (Laura) of Elroy and Shelly Edwards (Nick Buhr) of Green Bay; and her sister-in-law Joyce Thonesen of Kendall. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the United Methodist Church in Elroy or the Kendall Public Library.
