He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Norgel and Alvina Norgel. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Norgel (Nee Gorski); his sons, Roger (late Skip Howl) and Todd Norgel (Lisa); his grandchildren, Kyrstin Ann and Alex Todd Norgel; and his sister-in-law Judith Ann Krenz. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
