It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward R. Brown III of Elroy, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. and Katherine Brown Jr. (Wick); his daughters, Lindsay and Barbara Brown; and his brother Dave Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Joye Dunlap; his children, Jill Brown, Rich Brown (Carole), Bob Brown (Chris), Susan Brown and Mary Murray (Ron); and his siblings, Fred Brown (Pat) and Betty Beaver (David). He is also survived by eleven Grandchildren; thirteen Great Grandchildren.

“Sue, Frieda Wick's daughter, told me that Edward died. I am so sorry to hear about his passing. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I was in Mauston to the grave of Billy Wick this summer. We drove to Elroy and I was wishing I could find out where you lived and would have paid you a visit. We tried to call you after we returned to Madison, and were not able to connect. Love Lois Wick Tyler”
