He is survived by: his grandfather Bumpa; his wife Ethel Mae; his children, Gail Nastali (Butch) and Jack Baldwin; his grandchildren, Jamie (Jeanne), Donny and Brennan (Allie); his great grandchildren, Tyler (Kristy), Joshua (Kara) and Garret; his great great grandchildren, Bobby, Lola, Hunter, Aubrey, Kendra, Aerabella and Joseph; his sister Beverly Surface; and his brother-in-law Gene Preuss (Shug). He is also survived by husband, loving father.
