He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Bender and Alice Bender (Kozlowski); and his siblings, Sharon Kinnard, James Bender and Ronald Dean Bender.
He is survived by: his wife Kristy Bender; his children, Coreena Spors (Jeffrey) and Justin Bender (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Pierce, Mason, Elsie, Croix, Kolt and Edwin; his siblings, Carol Bender, Janet Bender, Donna Hansen (Henry), George Bender (Sherry Jones), Thomas Bender (Charlene), Allen Bender (Jill), Diane Hibbard (Mark) and Frances Bauman; his siblings-in-law, Kris Bender and Mike Kinnard; and his aunt Marie Bender.
