He is survived by: his uncle Ed; his children, Deborah Schultz (Roland) of Wonewoc, David Zmolek (Penny) of Elroy, Julie Ostrem (Craig) of Viroqua, James Zmolek of Grand Prairie, Kevin Zmolek of Hubertus and Bruce Zmolek (Michele) of Holmen; his grandchildren, Sarah Schultz, Benjamin Schultz (Becky), Jennifer Shirek (Joel), Kalli Brown (Riley), Emma Zmolek, Dalton Zmolek, Thomas Ostrem, Joshua Ostrem, Haley Ostrem, Jad Zmolek, Austin Zmolek and Aaron Zmolek; his great grandchildren, Caleb Shirek, Christian Shirek, Maxwell Schultz and Avery Brown; and his parents-in-law, Sandy Zmolek, Gary Parks and Sally Egly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
