He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Cheri Jacobson (Chris) of Spring Valley and Curt (Dawn) of Elmwood; and his grandchildren, Casey (Nick), Brooke (Lance), Jade, Abby and Maddie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
