He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Higgins and Myrtle Higgins. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann (Yankus); his daughters, Ann-Marie Bergman (Scott) and Mary Higgins (Maxx); his grandchildren, Elicia, Charlotte, Elizabeth, Weslianne, Curtis, Cooper, Kaylee, Tayvion and Kayden; and his sister Karen Beaver (Bill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
