He was predeceased by: his spouse Maxine; his child Timothy; and his sibling Dorothy (Karl). He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Floyd), Thad (Kim), Terrianne, Thomas and Todd; his grandchildren, Jordan (Adam), Erin (Brad), Michael, Justin, Cameron, Hunter, Megan, Logan, Timothy and Lauren; and his siblings, Carl (Sally), Victor (Rosemarie) and Gertrude. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
