It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Grade of Elm Grove, Wisconsin, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. John O. Grade; her sons, Michael, Thomas and Sam; and also Floyd Miller.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew, Benjamin (Sandy), Andrew (Patricia), Charles (Barbara), Johanna (Jack), Margaret (Daniel), Mary (Peter) and Jean; her grandchildren, John, Ben, Michael, Megan, Allison, Sarah, Liz, Liam, Madeline, Travis, Elly, Cece, Finola, Tavish, Dylan, Brighin, Coco and Django; her great grandchildren, Micaela, Charlie, Natalia, Sam, Stephen, Emily, Jack and Twila Lee; her friend Chris Hartnett; and also, Cat, Kenneth Grade, Emily Grade and Marian Kane.

In lieu of flowers, please say three Hail Mary's and an Our Father for the three people in your life who need it the most.
