She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Makovec Jr; and her parents, Lorraine Stein (Zimmer) and Frank Stein. She is survived by: her children, Julie Frank (Bob), Tom Makovec (Darlene), Terri Giese (Tim), Dan Makovec (Harmony), Kristy Pfaucht (Makovec) and Amy Savage (Paul); her grandchildren, Hannah, Mary, Bobby, John, Elizabeth of Natalie, Jacob of Ben, Leah, Sam of Daniel, Isaiah, Aiden and Luke; her brother Gerald Stein (Marsha); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Makovec (Judy) and Maureen Makovec. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
