He was predeceased by: his parent Atty. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen (Nee Connors); his children, Michael, Brian, Kevin D. D. S. and Madeline; his siblings, Mary Lee, Robert (Janet), David (Patricia) and Richard "Slim" (Jane); his sibling-in-law Diane McGinn; and his brother Atty. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
