He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; and his children, John (Annette), Christi Jentz (Dave), Denise Cashmore (Jeff), Steven, Jilleen Pfarr (Steve), Marc (Barta), Neal and Mary Murack (Kevin). He is also survived by his twenty grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
