She was predeceased by: her husband Richard J. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Robert (Julienne) of Sarasota, Richard (Linda) of Waupun and Karen (Steve) of Brookfield; her grandchildren, Richard Jr. (Brenda), Tracy (Matt) and Amanda (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Blake, Ellie and Ashlyn; and her friend Heritage Elm Grove. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
