Gerda E. Klingbeil D. Obituary
We bid farewell to Gerda E. Klingbeil D. of Elm Grove, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 8, 2025 at the age of 93. Gerda touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her brother Bill Galambos (Carol); her parents, Paul Galambos and Magdalena Galambos; her in-laws, Edward and Eva Klingbeil; her son Bruce; her brother Charlie Galambos (Arlene); and her sister-in-law Barbara Galambos.
She is survived by: her husband Robert E Klingbeil, MD; her children, Mark (Mary Ann), Dean (Lynn), Eric and David Klingbeil (Mary); her grandchildren, Anna, Catherine, Ben, Eva and Lily Klingbeil; and her brother Ted (Barb).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the North Avenue Baptist Church (15400 W North Ave, Brookfield, WI 53005). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Pinelawn Memorial Park (10700 W Capitol Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53222).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission in Gerda's name would be greatly appreciated.
