Gayle P. (Stamm) Dragotta Obituary
Gayle found eternal rest on October 5, 2023, being lead home by her savior, Jesus. Wife of the late Sal "Ted" Dragotta. Daughter of the late Werner and the late Mary (nee Wagner) Stamm. Sister of the late Christopher Stamm and Lauren D'Eletto. Survived by her children, Andrea (Richard) Rosen, Gina (John) Lambie and Joseph (Bianca) Dragotta; her grandchildren, Melinda (Sam) Johnson, Jack and Francesca Lambie and Apollonia, Isabella and Salvatore Dragotta; her great-grandson Remy Johnson.
Gayle grew up in Milwaukee, attended Messmer High School and became a dental hygienist for a short while before marrying Sal in 1966. After a brief stay in Milwaukee, Sal & Gayle moved to Wauwatosa where they raised their family. Moving to Brookfield later on, they made a welcoming home for their children and grandchildren.
Gayle devoted much of her free time, after raising her family, to volunteering at the Ronald McDonald house in Wauwatosa where she organized the holiday fundraising luncheon and made many friends.
Gayle then moved to Pewaukee after Sal's passing and has since been living at St. Camillus in Wauwatosa.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 11, 2023 from 9AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 11AM at St. Mary's Visitation Catholic Parish, 1260 Church St. in Elm Grove. Private burial at St. Mary's Visitation Cemetery.
