He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Candi Dickinson (Alan) and Fred Hines (Teri); his grandchildren, Krista Hines (Jeff) and Jake Bartow; his great grandchild Natalie; and his siblings, Jim (Elaine), Mike (Mary), Pat, Tony (Kathy), Steve (Elise), Scott (Joanne), Dixie Raeshler (Doug), Trudy Young (Gary) and Mary Metcalf (Mike). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
