He is survived by: his wife Rose (Schwartz); his sons, Steven (Brittany) and Gary (Kaylah); his grandchildren, Carson (Mackenzie), Lucas, Abigail, Zachary, Emmett, Rosalie, Garrison and Gideon; and his sister Sara Backlund (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
