She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Horn and Hettie Van Horn (Amos); her grandson Bradley "Charlie" Enevold; and her siblings, Jesse Jr., Richard, Lee Van Horn, Hazel Whitesong, Alice Segiun and Emma Kuhen.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Vadner of Woodville, WI, Bonita Olson (Brad) of Plum City, MN and Hettie Carlson (Michael); and her brothers, Roy Van Horn (Virginia) of Aitkin and Jerry Van Horn (Lucy) of Crosby. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
