He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Campbell and Loretta F. Campbell (Johnson); and his sister Faye Larson. He is survived by: his sons, Paul Campbell (Jaimee) of Rice Lake, Mike Campbell (Aurore) of Berlin, Germany and Shawn Campbell of Washington, DC; his grandchildren, Madison, Parker, Anton and Marcel; and his sister Peach Anderson of Tulsa, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
