He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Gustin and Lori Gustin (Udermann) of Zimmerman; his daughter Nevaeh of Ellsworth, WI; his sister Kristi Jokela (Jered); his niece Molly; his nephew Mason of Lino Lakes; his brother Anthony (Martha) of Austin, TX; his grandparents, Earl and Betty Udermann of Sartell; and also Dawn Schladweiler-Hayden of Ellsworth, WI. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
