With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter John Kolodzienski of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 8. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Joshua Kolodzienski and Elizabeth Kolodzienski (Zachman); his siblings, Levi and Olivia; his grandparents, Charlene, Jeremy Zachman, Diane and Tom Kolodzienski; and his aunts and uncles, Mitch Zachman (Courtney), Nick Zachman (Bethany), Alex Zachman (Leah), Jake Kolodzienski (Kristen), Andrea Altmann (Erik) and Alysha Brenner (Kevin). He is also survived by numerous cousins, relatives and friends.
