He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Gullickson; his children, Ashley Hillsman, Sheena Oates, Craig Powell Jr., Michael Smith and Christopher Powell; his siblings, Bryan Rankin, Syndy Powell, Pam Powell and Melissa Robbins; and his birth mother Willa Rankin. He is also survived by friends and many cousins.
