It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marshall H. Stein of Ellsworth, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Stein and Frances Stein (Weberg); his siblings, Marie Rundquist (Ralph), Barbara Redlick (Lyle), Raymond Stein, Jeanette Aubert, James Stein, Duane Stein, Richard Stein, Cameron Stein and Dale Stein; his sister-in-law Mary Huber; and his nephew Jim Huber.
He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Douglas; his children, Brian Stein (Cheri), Jennifer Staerk (Gene) and Anita Johnson (Brad); his grandchildren, Karlie Tschumper (Jerimiah), Bryce Stein (Emma), Miranda Staerk, Brandon Staerk, Derrick Staerk (Alyssa), Alexis Johnson and Colton Johnson; his great grandchildren, Brian Stein, Harper Stein and Matthias Tschumper; his siblings, Ardis Marquis (Don) and Robert Stein; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Stein and Vicki Stein. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home (130 N Grant St, Ellsworth, WI 54011). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
