He was predeceased by: his father Myron Leonard. He is survived by: his mother Berniece Leonard (Sarnstrom); his children, Gina Leonard and Mike Leonard; his grandsons, Brandon and James Leonard; his great grandchildren, Arihanna, Adalynn, Landon, Sage, Timothy and Anthony; his close friend Barbara LaCroix; his brother Jerry Leonard; his nieces, Nicole Jalichandra (Richard), Jenna Spah (Mike) and Nicole Stenger; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by his family and close friends.

Memorials are preferred to the Ellsworth Community Dog Park Project or your local Humane Society.
