He was predeceased by: his parents, Anders Finkelson and Doris Finkelson. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his siblings, Janet, Stan (Joan) and Gordie (Barb); his nephews, Stuart (Diane), Brian and Erik (Lisa); his niece Jodi; his great-niece Tammi Anderson (Tim); his great-nephew John Bolden (Michele DeLong); and his granddaughters, Mackenzie Anderson and Amanda Bolden.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home (130 N Grant St, Ellsworth, WI 54011).
