He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dale, Lila Birkel and Melvin Boleen. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Birkel and Jodie Birkel (Randy Deiss); his siblings, Andy Birkel (Madeline), Matt Birkel (Megan) and Whitney (Jason O'Neil); his nieces and nephews, Ava, Roman, Raleigh Birkel, Savannah, Lillian Birkel, Avery and Kehan O'Neil; and his grandmother Dorothy Boleen. He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
