She is survived by: her children, Roy Cook (Wendy), Sharon Stewart (Ron) and Dennis Cook (Debbie); and her grandchildren, William, Joseph, Wayne, Todd, Eric, Brandon, Serena, Brooke, Michael, Johnathon and Mackenzie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
