With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Charles Liner of Elkhorn, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 21, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert A. Liner and Anna Ruth Liner (Morrison); his wife Marlene Heusser; and his siblings, Bettye and Andrew "Jack".
He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lange (Mike), Gary Liner (Kathy), Rick Liner (Jill) and Jeff Liner (Pam) of Elkhorn; his grandchildren, Rachel Person (Roger), Melissa Clopper (Christopher), Amanda Rowley (Aaron), Natalie Schroeder (Ryan), Drew Liner, Rochelle Liner (Kyle Komplin) and Alan Liner; and his stepgrandchildren, Kim Kelnhofer and Matt Kutz. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
