He was predeceased by: his parent Adele Tadda (Guenette); his stepfather Paul Tadda; his wife Ilse Rupp; his son Curtis Bell; his granddaughter Rebecca Cutler; and his siblings, Tommy Watson, Larry Watson, Sally Watson and Paul Bell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Trevorrow (Chuck), Carol Kotsiopoulos (Tom) and Chris Trappe (Jim); his grandchildren, Stephanie Malone (Brendan), Ami Johnson (Jeff), Ken Kriho, Dana Jabeck (Cindy), Evan Cutler (Katy), Naomi Flynn and Rachel Lamz (Jason); his great grandchildren, Saoirse, Auley, Shane, Maisy, Benny, Brody, Max and Mercedees; his brothers, Bernie Tadda (Connie) and Jim Watson (Janet); and his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Bell and Gemma Watson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bill's name may be directed to St. John's Lutheran Church or St. Croix Hospice.
