He was loved and cherished by many people including: his uncle Tom; his grandfather Tom; his parents, Knute Solberg and Sigrid Knutsen (Fosse); his children, Knute, Sigrid and Irv; his wife Virginia Knutsen; his children, Kevin Knutsen (Jacci) of Appleton, WI, Karin Sisk (Thomas) of Mukwonago, WI and Keith Knutsen of Elkhorn, WI; his grandchildren, Emily, Collin, Cameron, Elizabeth, Samuel, Mary Claire and Kendrick; his great grandchildren, Easton, Ava, Sun Prairie, Lisa, Skyler, MJ, Averie, Nathan and Lola Jo; his sister Karin Lyon (Clay) of Goodyear, AZ; his former wife Lois; and his brother Irvan. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made in Tom's name to First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Elkhorn or to your own favorite charity in support of military veterans.
