She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles Peper and Loren Peper; her husband Oscar K. Nelson; and her son John O. Nelson. She is survived by: her friend Round Robin; her children, Linda Sumwalt (Alan) of Dousman, Thomas Nelson of Rhinelander, David Nelson, Melody Shaltis of Rhinelander, Nola Nelson of Milwaukee and Gerald Nelson (Vicki) of Rhinelander; her daughter-in-law Nancy Nelson of Benton Harbor; her grandchildren, Steven Nelson (Lauren) of St. Joseph, Michael Nelson (Maria) of St. Joseph, Nelson Devereaux of Minneapolis, Andrew Sumwalt of Grand Rapids, Dedra Devereaux Milwaukee, Maxwell Devereaux of Milwaukee, Alexis Nelson of Rhinelander and Kaylee Ohm; her son Daxton Ohm of Rhinelander; her great grandchild Owen Nelson of St. Joseph; and her sisters-in-law, Francis Wohlwend of Stillwater, Janet Hermann (Wallace) of Plymouth and Ella Peper (Gene) of Balsam Lake. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews and other relatives and friends.
