He was predeceased by: his parents, Hiram Rowland and Helen Rowland (Schoonveld); and his siblings, Nancy Bozarth, Daniel and James Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rowland; his daughters, Carla Wehe (Thomas) and Robinette Terry (Michael); his grandchildren, Danielle Jones (Greg), T. J. Wehe and Nathan Scheel (Calla); his great grandchildren, Jared Owens and Barrett Scheel; and his brother Hiram Rowland Jr.. He is also survived by his wife, daughters, and grandchildren.
