He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Parker and Isabel Parker (Hoyt); his wife Donna Webber; and his sister Judy Parker. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Parker (Rene) of Fredonia, WI, Kristine Toledo (Manuel) and Douglas Parker (Kristin) of Walworth, WI; and his sister Linda Lynall. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
