He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Swick and Agnes Swick (Czapski); his son Ed Swick; and his sisters, Eleanor Brzostowski and Virginia Ford.
He is survived by: his wife Cherie L. Whitenack; and his daughter Kelly Lena (Frank).
