He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred and Blanche Price Sr. (Saurbeck). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor "Ellie" Kahly; his children, Rodney Price (Melinda) of Ogema, WI, Jeanette Snodgrass (Scott) of Denver, CO and Brenda Bindon (Mark) of Naknek, AK; and his brother Alfred G. Price II. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
