She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Walter J. Boczek and Regina T. Boczek (Vetz). She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Fran McBride (Tim) of Burke, VA and Suzanne Costello (Bob) of Skokie, IL; and her nieces and nephews, T. J., Christopher, Brendan McBride, Cary, Sarah and Devin Costello. She is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
