He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carmen Sergi, Julie Sergi and Vito Pontarelli. He is survived by: his pets, America and Chevy; his parents, Dominic and JoAnn; his brothers, Dominic Sergi (Lauren), Joseph Sergi (Jennifer Blackburn) and William Sutila (Julie); his nephews, Dominic Aiden Sergi and Declan Blackburn; and his grandmother Marlene Pontarelli. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, additional relatives and friends.
