She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Ruth Smith (Fink); her husband Junior "Bud"; and her sister Delores Church (Laudie). She is survived by: her nephews, Steve Church (Susan) of Lake Geneva, WI and Craig Church (Connie Jo) of Saxonburg, PA; her niece Cynthia Stein (Martin) of Marietta, GA; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Nutter of Glendale, AZ and Daniel Shepstone of Wisconsin Dells, WI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Aurora At Home Hospice, 116 N Dodge St. Burlington, WI.
