She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bleser and Catherine Bleser (Lescher); her brothers, Edward Bleser (Shirley), Leonard Bleser and Robert Bleser; and her sister-in-law Vivian Butke (Kenneth).

She is survived by: her husband Edward G. Bass; her daughters, Ann Schleusner (Jon) of Burlington, WI and Cathy Bass (Nicole Peters) of Blair, WI; her grandchildren, Elena Gildemeister (Jake) and Dayne Schleusner; her brother Frank Bleser (Gloria); and her sisters-in-law, Yvonne Bleser, Louise Bleser and Shirley Riese (Robert). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Marion's name may be directed to St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
