She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Schulz and Lena Schulz (Bublitz); her husband Willard F. Count; and her siblings, Eleanor Kavanough (Doug), Howard (June) and Wallace Schulz.
She is survived by: her children, Darrel Count (Janice) of Elkhorn, Dennis Count (Denise) of Elkhorn and Janice Ware (James) of Evansville, IN; her grandchildren, Josh Count (Sarah), Meghan Krazesinski (Paul), Samantha Villmow (Michael), Cheyne Count (Katie), Matthew Count and Andrew Ware (Michelle); and her sister Margaret Heller of Delavan.
