He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline Graves (John) of Thatcher, AZ, Michael Farnsworth (Rena) of Delavan, Jerry Farnsworth (Terri), Jennie Micklevitz (Rich) and Joanne Sween (Ted); his grandchildren, Kurtis Graves, Andrew Graves, Jaxon Graves, Jared Gregurich and Kaila Micklevitz; and his brothers, Roger and Greg Farnsworth.
