He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Fiegel and Helen Fiegel (Bickett); and his brother Alan. He is survived by: his son-in-law Jason; his brother Todd (Susan) of Saratoga Springs; and his grandsons, Solace, Leo Matesevac, Keshav and Vilas Roybal.
Musicians both, Kirt and Dixie gained lifelong benefits from music experiences in the Elkhorn schools and they have made substantial donations for the enrichment of music programs that have provided for technology and instruction to be made available to all Elkhorn students.
