He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Etten and Anna Etten (Hertel); and his wife Ruth Ketterhagen. He is survived by: his children, Sheri Piontek, Teri Etten, Mary Jo Azad (Kamran), Michael and Mark Etten; his grandchildren, Jacob, Emily, Marcus, Jocelyn and Jerome; his siblings, Anna Mae Dale and Robert Etten; his partner Pat Lunde; his daughter-in-law Nancy Etten; and his siblings, Edward Etten and Martha Bond.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Rotary Club.
