She was predeceased by: her father James Kellen. She is survived by: her mother Joan Kellen (Freeman); her husband David P. Casciaro; her children, Joe Casciaro (Cassandra), Dana Kraayvanger and Drake Casciaro; her grandchildren, James, Ryley, Austin and Bentley; her siblings, Julie Qyrs, Jena Ehlen (Chris), Jon Kellen (Shannon) and Jamie Kellen (Kayty); and her close friend Allison Miller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
